The bi-weekly meeting of the Cobblestone Homeowners Association was convened on this Saturday, July 12th, 2022 at 6:30 PM. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, and included the presence of|was comprised of a reasonable number of homeowners.

Key topics discussed at the meeting included:

* Discussing the recent community project, the park renovation.

* Negotiating homeowner concerns regarding noise.

* Debate of the proposed budget for next fiscal year.

The meeting was adjourned at at approximately 9:00 PM. The next meeting is scheduled for November 8th, 2023.
